We absolutely love living here! The community is much quieter than places we’ve lived before, and the property itself is small, beautiful, and well maintained. Management is truly amazing — Kyle, Maria, and Larry made our move-in and overall experience seamless and stress-free. We love our apartment and the variety of floor plans available. While the rent is higher than some “affordable” options we’ve had in the past, the quality, community, and management make it completely worth it. Highly recommend!

I love living at The Jayne and am glad I made the decision to move here! A big part of that is because Kyle, Larry, and Maria are the best at what they do and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s maintenance, questions, or anything that comes up day-to-day, they’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help. It’s refreshing to live in an apartment where the team is reliable, approachable, and takes pride in their work. I look forward to signing another year here. Come check out the Jayne!

I just wanted to write a review about my experience with touring the Jayne . I toured it two days in a row just to be sure and meeting Kyle and Maria really truly made my decision easier. They’re so personable so welcoming so Friendly and answered all my questions and was just really Helpful and knowledgeable. The property is brand new and it’s so nice And I’m truly excited for my move here and being able to be assisted by the team.

Sandy and I absolutely loved the tour that Larry gave us of this beautiful building! He had wonderful energy and related to us on a professionally personal level which made it an enjoyable experience for us. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the specs of the building and very accommodating to any of the questions we proposed to him. All in all had a great time!

Larry Larraga was absolutely wonderful. His customer service was out of this world. He had such an amazing personality and had an answer to every question. Loved him and this apartment complex! Definitely considering living here!
