Just today I went in as I wanted to use the restroom as I really needed to go. The oriental looking lady at the concierge desk I asked and she said that there is no public restroom. And then I asked they must be one on the ground floor. Her response was that "is there anything besides the restroom I can help you with? At the time I just walked away but I did not like it. It was insult to injury her speech being, " Is there anything else besides the restroom I can help you with. If she did not help me with what I asked at the time what is the point of her saying that. Besides that lady and maybe the management is not nice to help a person out who needs restroom. What a culture.

Beautiful solid constructed buildings with great amenities. The concierge service and staffs are superb! Lourdes from the office is pleasant and very helpful. These buildings are very well maintained. We love the HTB!
