The Homestead Apartments

My son and his friend recently moved in and I’m very pleased with Homestead. It’s safe with the gated access and the apartment is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are immaculate whether the pools or landscaping. Fitness room is brand new. Matt made the move in process easy and he was great to work with.

I came to America and California from England and found this amazing dwelling- the homestead apartments by ARNEL Corp. in Fullerton A very seasoned and knowledgeable Executive Leasing Director - Mr. Edward David, assisted me throughout my quest for information and details of the many amenities. The pool and spa are clean and bright and the agents offices are smart and well run. It’s a perfect place to call home - do ask for Edward. Edward David is an exemplary example of competency, empathy and leadership by example Homestead and ARNEL Corp. must be most proud of such employees- please thank him for we travellers jwb

I recently moved into the Homestead apartments, contemplating if I should make the decision of living here. Reading through all these reviews, discouraged me heavily. But I ended up choosing here anyway, and I am so thankful I did. Matt helped my experience with getting a place here so easy and I appreciated all what he did for me and my buddy. Everything to do with this place is great, I love how they keep everything so clean and I also love how whenever I need maintenance done in my apartment, They are ready to do it within an instant. Thank you homestead For a great place to call home.

This place is beautiful, the pools are clean and they are currently building 2 gyms! Shout out to the maintenance team, especially Robert Jimenez. I always request him personally for work orders due to his professionalism and ability to get things done!

First of all, I made a mistake of moving into this place without looking and reading the residents' reviews. I would NOT ever refer, recommend, or advise anyone about moving into Homestead Apartments. So, from everyone who is a previously or current resident, they say there is not enough parking space for residents. It's TRUE!And if you come home and there's no parking, residents are pressured to park illegally because you technically have no other choice. They will call and tow your vehicle for $655. You would think the property management is caring enough to at least give you a warning, but no. They DON'T CARE!. Maybe they're getting incentives for each vehicle they have them towed. God knows.
