The Highlands at Rye

Moved into The Highlands about two months ago and have to say that the process to apply was great. The leasing agent helped us tour a couple of apartments, helped us through the application process and the move in process. The apartments are great, great neighborhood and the grounds are kept clean. My family and I are enjoying living here and hope to continue to do so.

I’ve only been living here for a little over seven months. Everything has been great so far the grounds are kept really clean. I Haven’t had any issues with anything breaking in the apartment. Management is very responsive. Moving in was effortless The leasing agents especially Lisa was absolutely fantastic and responsive and really walked me through the process of getting in wonderful. I highly recommend this place. Location is absolutely phenomenal.

The Highlands at Rye has been an exceptional place for me to call home. All of the staff has been very helpful during the move in process and my stay there. Its beautiful apartments in an amazing location and I have never had any problems. Would recommend!!

I enjoy being here as unit is well maintained and staff friendly. The unit is bright and sunny. And overall the apartment unit as well as kitchen appliances are clean and updated. Even the basement where the laundromat and storage are is kept clean daily. The courtyard is lovely especially when flowers bloom. I enjoy looking out the window. And a lovely place to sit and relax with a book or have a glass of wine in the evenings. The staff is responsive and try their best to make your stay here a good one. I like that this apartment is close to town and the train station. I enjoy this convenience. It is quiet here and I enjoy this serenity. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. My experience here so far has been a good one.

The building is located in a MAJOR flood zone. If/when flooding occurs water can go as high as the FIRST FLOOR. The rent increases are a joke, nearly $200 plus!
