Kathy is fantastic! Such a pleasure to deal with, she went the extra mile to help. Highly recommended her and thank her, couldn’t have done it without her!! Through all the snow she got it done!

My experience with Rye Village Apartments has always been great and personalized. We lived there from April 2022 to June 2024. We had to move out due to work and now we are moving back to the same complex. Kathy has been amazing in facilitating everything. Our roads have crossed several times in the past, and it was always a great experience working with her. Previously, I had amazing experience with Dilyana and Victor at Rye Village Apartments.

I had an incredible experience at Rye Village Apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean and easily accessible to the train and town. The new management was helpful. I especially enjoyed working with Kathy Loucks, their leasing broker. She was very responsive and really took the time to answer my questions and find me the right fit. I read the prior reviews which were strange, but then realized it was from the prior management. I experienced no apartment or management issues and would HIGHLY recommend living there.
