Sadly we have been at Village Walk for 4 years. This is the third owner and it is nothing like the wonderful place it used to be. The rent has doubled since we signed and the customer service is no longer existent . We returned today to find they entered our unit 8 days ago to do an inspection and left it unlocked with all the lights on. They do not care about their tenants. We had a major trash problem outside of the dumpster for weeks. A truck kept parking there but get the truck towed. They do not spend one dime on the overall maintenance of the exterior which used to be kept pristine and have turned off portal communication and have an AI answering the phones. It is impossible to get a human even in a case of emergency being locked out for hours, having to call police to sweep you
They NEVER answer the phone all AI and they don't respond to emails. ALL AI Generated. You can not get a Human to help.
