Faulkner Flat is hands down the worst apartment I have ever dealt with. My family signed a lease for the Fall 2025 semester, but due to unforeseen visa issues, we were unable to enter the U.S. While most management companies offer some flexibility or a reasonable buyout option for unavoidable circumstances, Faulkner Flat showed zero empathy. They strictly enforced every single clause to maximize their profit from our misfortune. They forced us to pay rent for 90 days before even allowing a termination, and on top of that, they collected the full termination fee. Ultimately, my family had to pay over 8 months' worth of rent for an apartment we never even stepped foot in. While I’ve only lived here a few months, I can say with certainty that I have nothing negative to say. The apartments are clean, spacious, and modern. The amenities offered are great. They have a beautiful pool, a nice gym, a computer/study lounge, and more. And the management are all very kind and helpful. The maintenance are always quick to resolve any issue that may arise, usually within 24hours. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it!

This is my first year living at Faulkner Flats and I resigned with them because it has been great! Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful! The apartments are very nice and spacious and the amenities are what makes this place so amazing! The gym, tanning beds, pool/hot tub, car wash, etc. are incredible! The maintenance team is great as well and are very quick with repairs! My roommate and I have loved it so far!

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at Faulkner Flats! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to campus, making commuting a breeze. The amenities, including the pool and gym, are top-notch and add so much value to living here. Plus, the maintenance team is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any issues in the apartment, ensuring clean, hassle-free living!

Nothing but GREAT!!! After having the worst experience at The Archives, we were so blessed to find Faulkner’s it’s calm, no issues at all with the apartment, the office, the communication it’s clear and no surprises The apartment was given to us immaculate, sparkling clean. Cleaning of the outside common areas, trees and all greens are kept wonderful. When you have ice or snow they make sure everything is clean and safe. Top notch and worth every penny! Happy and safe here! Love it ❤️ I will recommended. 10000000 times.
