We recently moved our son into Gather Oxford, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the outstanding service and top-tier amenities. Ashley and Fernanda went above and beyond to ensure a seamless move-in experience, demonstrating professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction. The apartments themselves are fantastic—modern, spacious, and designed for comfort. And let’s talk about the AC—it does *not* play! In Oxford’s heat, having reliable air conditioning is a game-changer. If you're looking for a place that combines convenience, quality, and a team that truly cares, Gather Oxford is it. My experience with Gather Oxford started and finished the summer of 2024. I spontaneously began interning at Ole Miss and had to scramble to find an apartment community as I was travelling from Michigan for it. Ashley at Gather Oxford was outstanding in every regard. She answered a plethora of my redundant, overly specific questions, accommodated my unique requests, and was incredibly helpful for moving in AND moving out during my three month stay. It was easily the most seamless lease and renting I have ever had. I utilized the pool weekly, I liked the layout of the interior, and I liked how small the community was overall. My daughter recently graduated and moved out after living there for the last three years. It was a great place for her to live. It was close enough for her to walk to campus and she was able to study because she lived in a one bedroom unit. Ashley the manager did a wonderful job of overseeing any maintenance requests and questions we had during my daughters time there.The apts are modern, the property is safe and any maintenance was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the Gather apartments.

Just moved my son in and highly recommend this complex. The apartments are very modern and have a very cool vibe. The complex also has great amenities and is very clean and close to campus. The manager, Ashley, is phenomenal. She made the whole process very easy and fun and she is very prompt at returning calls and answering questions. Highly recommend!!! Just wanted to give an update and another shout out to Ashley. She is hands down the most pleasant and organized property manager around. Also made the moving out process super easy. I highly recommend this apartment complex. You will have a great experience living there and working with Ashley.
