The Heights at Spring Lake

I used to love this place, but some of their employees, in the main office are are down right rude and incompetent. We have been trying to get our Resonable Accomidation form approved for over 2 months. They won't accept an email from the doctor's office and ive had the form mailed to them twice. They owner David. Didn't address the rude manners of one of there staff and has been insensitive to our request for an support animal. Move onto the 20th century. I had to file a HUD complaint regarding there lack of accommodation for a disabled veteran. Terribly dissapointed.
