The Heights Amesbury

I love living here! The heights is very dog friendly, clean and has great amenities! All of the staff are wonderful -Sandy, Kiyana, Elias, Dicky, Rich, and Anthony. Snow is always cleared, work orders get responded to quickly and anything you need from the office is done without a hassle. The property is a hidden gem in a great location, close to the marinas, major highways and downtown amesbury. Move here, you will not regret it! :)

It’s been two years since I retired and moved into the Heights, and it was honestly the best decision. The place is kept up great and the people here are so friendly. Plus, the office staff is available 6 days a week and truly care about the residents—they handle any issue right away. They're always hosting events such as a holiday event/dinners, BBQs, providing coffee and yummy treats with even live entertainment. Plus, there’s a gym and a pool for us residents to use! Our Maintenance Workers Rich, Dickie and Anthony are the best. We have had several inches of snow this winter. After every snowstorm, as soon as possible, the roads are plowed and the walkways are cleared. Thank you for making this a nice and safe place to live. Great place to live!! I moved out a few months ago, and I am definitely missing it! Everything was always so clean and everyone was so friendly. Kiyana and Sandi in the front office were so polite and always answered any questions I had. The move out process was a breeze. They had all the paperwork ready for me and made sure I was happy and ready to go. I would recommend The Heights to everyone!

My husband, dog, and I have been at the Heights for over 2 years now and have enjoyed our time living here! The office staff, Kiyana and Elias are super friendly & my dog loves visiting them to get treats. Dicky, Rich, and Anthony are also super helpful in fixing any issues we have had and have done an amazing job keeping the parking lot and sidewalks plowed with all the snow we have had this past winter!
