CI Works

We have moved from CI Works to a neighboring building (Trades Mill - we LOVE it here!). When we have a visitor that accidentally parks in the neighboring parking lot the owner at CI puts angry notes on cars and threatens to tow them. There's no clear signage for the lot and it's adjacent to our lot. IT LOOKS LIKE THE SAME LOT. It's understanding why visitors accidentally park one space over into the other lot....Not to mention the CI Works lot is relatively empty - there is plenty of space. I'm not sure why 2 business neighbors can't get this figured out and work together. It's childish. We were a tenant at CI Works for 5 or 6 years. We never got signage after years of requests. Tenants regularly just wrote on sheets of paper and taped them to the walls. It just wasn't a high level of pro

I'm so happy I found CI Works! I've been a tenant for 3 years and my setup far exceeds other units that I looked at. Management is very forward thinking and I'm thrilled to have recently moved into a bigger space. Access to conference rooms and a community kitchen/cafe is a big plus.

CI Works has been a tremendous partner in helping get resettled in the Amesbury/Newburyport area. The facilities, the community and the management of the whole business scene have all been top notch.

We had our interior design based on the second floor in the early years. The experience was very positive. While the space worked well for the variety of activities involved with creating enriching environments, a key was the attitude and values that we shared with Bob and Mark and many of the other tenants. This facility is fair to all tenants and a great atmosphere for sharing and collaborating. Our landlord makes everyone feel welcome and we all love the ability to do our work and move around as needed ! My customers love to come in and I have been renting here for nearly 9 years.
