The Haven at Eagandale

I've lived here for almost 2yrs, and Patricia and Justin work very hard to stay on top of all the apartments upkeep and moveins. I'm impressed by there commitment to helping tenants. They deserve a bonus!!

I would not recommend trying to tour an apartment here. I had a 9AM scheduled tour with the leasing office and came inside to a decrepit entrance and a sticky note that said "In a meeting, back at 10AM". Why would you schedule a tour if you aren't available? The complex itself does NOT look like the photos provided. There were random grills, bikes, and trash on porches, and the building was slightly yellowed. I encountered a resident there when I originally entered the building and they asked me "Are they still closed?", which makes me think they don't answer at all. Additionally, when inquiring with the complex, I had to fight with an AI bot named Chloe, who, over text, told me that the unit and move-in date I wanted was both available and not available. Booked a tour for 10 a.m. & decided to go through with it even though the place already looked nothing like the photos online as I was driving up. It was hard to find the leasing office, & when I finally did, no one was there. I called the number listed on the website & the one provided by their AI bot, Chloe — no answer either way. After waiting around for about 25 minutes, I drove through the complex, & that alone was enough for me to decide not to bother with the tour. The website clearly isn’t updated with accurate photos, & if the outside & leasing office are any reflection of how the apartments are maintained, that says a lot. I’m just glad I didn’t waste any money on application fees.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON AN APPLICATION FEE HERE! If it looks too good to be true... it probably is. Seeing other 1-star reviews was, if nothing else, validating of my awful experience with The Haven at Eagandale. While helping a family member find an apartment, I was left with the feeling that she had been scammed by the complex. She sent in an application fee over a month ago, and still has had no response to date, despite multiple attempts to email, call, visit, etc. After skimming through similar experiences amongst a few comment-less 5-star reviews (whose profiles also left generic 5-star reviews of other "The Haven" apartment complexes across the country... interesting...) only left me feeling more skeptical of the legitimacy of this business. Awe man Justin the maintenance man is always there if you are in need and Patricia the office manager is the best person I’ve ever met. Super professional both of them and I wouldn’t know what to do without them. They need a raise
