The Harrison Apartments

I am not a resident so that's why I am giving them 4 stars, but in all fairness they need to do something about their gates into the parking lot off of Peoria. So often, people are stuck or maybe too slow to understand how to use a gate, but that causes cars sitting on Peoria blocking traffic. It is a matter of time before there is an accident caused by their residents blocking a lane on Peoria. Easy solution...... close that entrance...

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the maintenance staff at The Harrison Apartments . They are always prompt, professional, and friendly whenever I submit a request. Each time I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve shown up quickly, explained what they were doing, and made sure the work was done right. It’s clear they care about keeping the property in good shape and making residents feel comfortable. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude—it makes living here so much easier and more enjoyable.

I'm giving it one star because unfortunately I can't give it zero. I lived there for a year and it was the worst rental I've ever had. The general manager is incredibly rude; her customer service is terrible. I have no complaints about the other members of the management team, though—they were very friendly. Another issue: there are far too many cockroaches and bedbugs. Homeless people sleep in the hallways and nothing is done about it, and the hallways are filthy. The utilities are outrageously expensive. For two people, it's around $300.

I've had such a great experience living here. It's quite, spacious and well maintained. It's a peaceful place to call home. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Monica has been the best management i have ever worked with. So I definitely recommend if anyone is looking to move.

Honestly the apartment feels good, with one of the best Mantainance Technician one Orlando Ramires , very professional. The Technician expert makes me feel comfortable here . I give him all this starts above .
