The Grove on 79th

The Grove on 79th made my apartment hunting process so smooth and stress free. Jen was wonderful from beginning to end answering all my questions and providing great customer service. I was referred to the Grove from a previous tenant, and I had a wonderful experience with the leasing agent. Jennifer was great, answered all my questions and definitely made me feel comfortable about choosing The Grove in the future.

The townhome is great and in a convenient location. The leasing lady was respectful and communicative. There were a few minor delays with the move-in, but everything was handled professionally.

Had a great experience touring with Jen and leasing with Jamielyn I am glad someone speaks Spanish her customer service is excellent I recommend these apartments with the new management and maintenance change. Thank you

This has to be the worst place I have ever lived in in my life. Bethzayda was the only good office person who was helpful. Most of the others when asking to speak to the property manager were rude and brushed us off. We lived there for 4 months and in the last month and a half we were there our floor leaked water at least 6+ times one of those in which it flooded our entire first floor with 3 inches of water. We asked for a minimum of a dehumidifier which they didn’t even have after I know of multiple cases where water has leaked in several homes. The property manager openly stated she has no track or nothing to do with maintenance which is a good reason why nothing gets fixed properly. They recently cleaned gutters and instead of notifying their residents to remove patio belongings they b
