The Grove by Home Creations

Great people. Help us a lot without been pushed to buy. Gave us a great advice on what ro do as first time home buyers

I recently worked with Brandon at the Grove office to view Home Creations homes. Their model homes, floor plans and custom choices were so beautiful! They also are more reasonably priced compared to others there.The service I received from Brandon was also awesome! He was very friendly and seemed to truly care that I found a great home, even when I chose to pick a different builder in the community. Brandon by far was the best with always being available and willing to show me models and helpful with the many questions I constantly had. Overall a great experience with Home Creations and I'd recommend them and their homes to all. :)

I loved my experiencing building and buying a home in the Grove! Mike did a great job showing us all of the options, and helping us pick out the plan that was best for us. Then, Andrew did an amazing job constructing our home and answering any questions that we had! I did not imagine my first home buying experience to go this well. Thank you very much Mike, Andrew and Home Creations!

Home Creations (Catastrophes) constantly develops their spec homes while sold lots lay untouched for weeks, they leave nails and other building materials in a mess and in roadways, and they succeed at decreasing the value of comparable size homes built by actually reputable contractors. I do not recommend.

The guy I texted was on vacation and haven't heard from him since. The lady that gave us the address to a house was just land and didn't have any layouts similar to show us. We're just starting out search but idk if we'll go with them. The lady was super nice, don't get me wrong just need to see more before I can make a commitment and change the review
