Love the apartment. Negative side is you can never get ahold of anyone and people are hardly in the office.

I Currently have my brother and sister in law living with me because of how horrendous this place is. They were renting from the grove at riverside and it was sketchy from the start. The manager made up a job for my sister in law to write on the lease and she had never had a job in the state of Idaho before. Once they got moved in I had them watching my son for me 3 days a week in their apartment. Every time I went there the hallways smelt like some kind of vomit mixed with rotting pumpkin. I walked the halls every day for 3 months and the smell never got any better. Rent went up randomly until it was to a point that they were struggling to pay and get by. Once the end of their lease came around they tried very hard to get everything moved out and cleaned. I think there was a good 10-15

This place was awful. The whole time we lived there there was a sour smell coming from the hallway. Everyone of our neighbors noticed it as well after we complained about the smell the manager came and informed us that people complained that the smell was coming from our apartment. We had monthly clean checks with a massive check list of what they wanted to check.I worked nights and would beg for clean checks to happen on my days off but they refused and instead came an hour after I would get home. They looked really nice but when we moved in we discovered exactly how cheep they were. We spilled something on the wall and when we lightly wiped it off with a clean washcloth it wiped both the paint and texture off as well. Yes they might say subsidized but they are not in any way. We had a sad experience at the grove. We were told that this was a great place for married college students to rent because there were government subsidized units there. We were lead to believe that they qualified for one. Their rent was raised several times while living there. They would not work at all with them. When they moved out they got a bill for almost $3000.00 for carpet replacement, painting of the entire apartment and sheet rock,replacement. I am the one that helped them clean. It was in great shape. Unfortunately we did not take pictures. We tried to work with management and also with the owners in Boise. They would never return phone calls. Now they have turned us to a collection agency. So I would just like to say to future renter. Please be very aware of the contr
