The Grove Apartments

I thought I would never find affordable, clean and safe apartment in Dyersburg, Tennessee, until I found the Grove it’s the old St. John’s. They allow pets now it’s Safe new property manager, and I got a great move. Special even have washer dryer hook up in my unit.

Wow—this is NOT the old St. John’s! The transformation is incredible. Between the great move-in specials, the friendly and professional property management team, and how spotless the entire development looks, it feels like a whole new community. Huge thanks to Southland for raising the standard!

I really think the new management has stepped up their game. We looked at these a couple years ago and weren't too impressed but I heard they got new owners so I went to check them out. The renovated units look amazing and they seem affordable for this area. Had a great conversation with one of the leasing agents, looking forward to moving in!!

The new standard of care under this ownership is outstanding! Every detail, from upkeep of the grounds to handling resident concerns, is done with professionalism and pride. This is the kind of management every community deserve

What I love most about this place? It’s affordable, super central, and everything I need is just minutes away shopping, great food, and easy commuting. With the updates and care from management, it really feels like home.
