If I could give a zero I would. Advertised auction in Union City for months. Day of auction they cancel due to rain. Everyone that had made plans to attend auction was ticked. I have never seen in 30 years of my attending auctions a company not have a sale due to rain. I will never attend one of their auctions again. Get a tent or get out of the business!

Where to even start. First thing first. The only thing this company cares about is their commission. That is it. That comes before all else. If you are looking for an agent that will have your best interests in mind when dealing with a real estate transaction, this is not the one for you. They lie, misrepresent, scheme, even lose or refuse to turn over ALL paperwork and even collude with opposite realtors behind your back as long as they get their commission. You know the reputation of used car salesman? Well, these people are the used car salesmen of the real estate industry. If you took Hunter Newbill and lifted him up to look you eye to eye, the only difference in him and the used car salesman is the shiny tooth that sparkles in the sunlight when the used car salesman smiles.

I dealt with Hunter Back in 2016. He is not very personable and gives off the impression that he is above his customers. I will not do business with him again. Just know that he is not the most down to earth person when dealing with real estate.
