Nice and real friendly people. They helped us during the sell of my mom's place after she passed. They were great during this difficult time. Good people.

The service I was given was poor at best. Time-frames meant nothing to this company. I started a title search in April and did not get "any" documents, and I say any because what I did get was not what I paid $300 for, until the end of June! Messages were left, additional information was requested, and it was all withheld because the title extractor was friends with the involved parties.

Worked with them for my very first plot of land. And let me tell you this company has been a god send Ashley is so patient and understanding answering all of my questions Thanks so much
