My wife and I were visiting our daughter in Steamboat this past summer during the months of June and July. We contacted Colorado Group Realty to view some properties and get a feel for the local market. Even though we advised that we were just feeling the market out our agent was happy to drive us around Steamboat and the outlying area to view properties. Very professional, very friendly and willing to spend any amount of time with us we wished. Phone calls were returned promptly and scheduled meeting times were adhered to. We definitely would recommend Colorado Group Realty.

Nick Metzler and his team, especially Reall Colbenson, were incredibly helpful with my recent home purchase. Being fairly new to Steamboat, I relied heavily on their local knowledge to find the best possible scenario for me and they didn't let me down. In fact, they exceeded my expectations and then some! Reall's knowledge, professionalism, positive attitude, eagerness to put in the hard work, and attention to detail are all second to none and I would strongly recommend her and Nick's services to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Top notch experience from start to finish (and that even factors in the fact that the sellers weren't exactly easy to work with - the seller's agent was great as well though).

They find who in town is going through situations in town then send them information to use their services, even if that person is not selling their house. I'd call it predatory at best, trying to take unsolicited advantage of people's situations (even if the situation doesn't require their services). They send out pretty offensive mail trying to promote their book.

I bought a home that Amy Williams had listed and had an all around terrible experience. She and the seller were not reasonable or cooperative throughout the entire buying process. Resolutions were not completed by deadlines, and tenants were in the house almost three weeks longer than we were told they would be. I was forced to take a walk through appointment immediately before closing. When my agent brought it to Amy's attention (by phone at the closing table) that some of the resolution items were not complete, others were completed poorly, and that the house was not delivered in "professionally cleaned condition" as per the terms of the contract she became combative, and rude. She told me that she and her client were "done", that a contractor had been paid to fix the items in question,
