Oxbow Apartments

I don't know why people give low reviews here. This place is actually very kind and chill. Anything needing to addressed, etc from a new move in, they address quickly. The property management is constantly doing kind things for residents, like a valentine's day bag for tenants? The laundry set up is awesome, scan and go, I love the vending machine apps you can pay right off your phone and the amenities, gym and open space, is nice. If you're an introvert, this might be way more your style. Thank you guys for all you do. Just myself being closer to an introvert, likes to keep to myself really appreciates this place and all they do.

After hearing mixed reviews about Oxbow, i ended up giving it a try. Its so hard finding a clean, quiet and affordable spot in Steamboat during the winter season. The management and maintenance at Oxbow have been super friendly and helpful making moving in a breeze. Its peaceful and close to the mountain with plenty if parking. Everything in the apartment is up to date so i can live comfortably. Im glad i chose this spot for my ski season!

The property management here has noticably improved! I have had an excellent experience with both the Management and Maintenance. The amenities and overall cleanliness of the property is impressive. One of my favorite housing experiences in Steamboat Springs! Well done guys.

If you want to live in a good community without noisy neighbors, with clean hallways and good management, I recommend it. I moved from Oxbow thinking about something more affordable, but ended up in the worst place. Now I understand that cheap is expensive. I'm grateful to the manager who always worked for the neighborhood. I hope to fulfill my contract soon and return to Oxbow.

The property management I believe has really turned this place around from what I have heard I live here now and they are so sweet and so kind I really like how the property looks I absolutely love love this area and I love my home. It feels like you are tucked in a little area that is surrounded by these beautiful pine trees the river is right behind the complex you got trails that are all around you that you could go for a bike ride or a long walk I don't think I could ask for any better place to live here in Steamboat to rent the price that you are told when you move in stays the same it includes everything that you possibly need in order to live here the property management actually are honest people. And that amounts to a whole lot. I would definitely recommend this place
