I have had the privilege of working with Team Yazbeck in Steamboat on several occasions. My first time was in 2013, when my husband and I bought a condo. There was a condo we were interested in, called Robert and unfortunately it was under contract. We were so disappointed, but the next day Robert called and said the contract had fallen through. It was a short sale and we were able to get the paperwork together that next day. Robert and company were really fantastic, our closing was very quickly done. Team Yazbeck is very organized and efficient and it was a great experience! This past May, 12 years later, I am now ready to sell the same condo. Called Robert, once again my experience was fantastic. My condo, after the tenants moved out and it was staged, was under contract, within a week.
