Absolutely beautiful apartments with a wonderful team of people! Tanaja has been so helpful throughout my move-in process, and Olivia is always quick to answer my questions and get any issues resolved. The unit had a couple small problems when I first moved in that maintenance had fixed in less than 24 hours. There are numerous amenities at The Griffin, including regular scheduled events like food trucks and art classes hosted by an on-site instructor. Overall, the atmosphere here is bright and refreshing and I can’t recommend it enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Heather. She has worked countless hours and days with me, always making sure I understand what’s going on in the neighborhood and ensuring my apartment stays in proper working condition. What really sets Heather apart is how much she genuinely cares. She has supported me and my family in more ways than I expected—especially during a difficult time financially. She handled everything with patience, respect, and real understanding, and she never made me feel like just another tenant. Heather is an outstanding property manager, and she deserves recognition and a promotion. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Heather, for always going above and beyond.

I had a great experience with Barry, the maintenance technician. My hot water heater failed from the bottom early on a Sunday morning, causing water to flood the area. Barry was on call and arrived right away at 6 a.m. to assess the situation. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the hot water heater, and coordinated with a cleaning service to handle the water damage. Throughout the day, he came back multiple times to make sure everything was working properly. He didn’t have to go that far, but it was truly appreciated. Barry is not only skilled at what he does—he genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly. His professionalism made a stressful situation much easier.

The Griffin is absolutely beautiful and the staff members are amazing! The best maintenance team I’ve experienced and the whole office staff team is great. Managers Tristin and Heather are helpful, friendly and always available.

Update to Review: This place has undergone DRAMATIC changes. As a full paying member, it was frustrating to go through such an INTENSE remodel (inside and out) for the last 6 months, but I would like to give a lot of credit to this management staff for making the changes necessary for us to live in a better community. This place has been upgraded in our apartments, exterior painted, new outdoor seating in the pool and courtyard, new paved roads and signage, replenished the landscaping, etc. The only reason I placed it at a 4 is the gates not closing but the property has placed an on-call sheriff on property that has provided us more security and I believe they are working to get the gates repaired. This place is a must see now and you will not regret living here. They do care. Bottom
