The Greens @ Hurricane Creek

They’re cool with residents trashing the outside of the apartments, even as far as intentionally setting a trash bag on fire and there being no consequences. All of the junk seen in the first photo has been there for weeks under my bedroom window and it states in the lease not to trash the exterior. Also states in the lease about being respectful and mindful of neighbors, my neighbor doesn’t care for any of that and destroys her furniture and bangs on walls all hours of the night. Heads up for whoever gets my apartment after my lease is up, definitely not staying here, and management doesn’t care to fix the issue.

Apartments are full of black mold. My bathroom has slimmy mold every morning when I get up. I have to pour Vinegar in commode tank to attempt to decrease amount of black mold in toilet. Also mold growing on wall behind toilet. When running bath have to watch for black water coming out of faucet. They never fix any thing correctly. Half way do things. Holes in wall behind washer and dryer that have been there 4 years. I don't recommend this complex unless you golf. They very good care of those apartments. I will post pictures

Been here 2 freaking days and have roaches climbing all over my walls. Management says they’ll work on it….The dryer has shredded a load of laundry the apartment is covered in dust and filth. I wasn’t allowed to tour my apartment before signing the lease. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Stay always from here. Thank god i only did a 6 month lease. I’m going to try to get relocation to a different complex this is not okay. Next step is calling the health dept.

If you like stepping in dog poop everyday then this is the place for you. Disgusting.

Moved my daughter in a few days ago. There are good and bad things I noticed on move in. Great view from the apartment of the golf course and very little traffic. Neighbors we met seemed friendly, and one family even helped us carry stuff up. The apartment wasn't immaculate but wasn't dirty either. Outside of the building has some cosmetic flaws such as paint peeling. A couple of outlets didn't work, but maintenance had these fixed less than 2 hours after request was put in.
