Worst experience I’ve ever had. Basically told me I couldn’t have family come stay with me while they were visiting me. Told me I couldn’t have my boyfriend over. Said if there was any form of items that showed someone else was over they would evict me. I would never rent from these people ever. Very rude and disrespectful.

Ms.Jill and her office staff have been AMAZING. My family had had nothing but an awesome experience while being here. If you are looking for some place that is attentive and actually cares this is the place to be! Thank you all for making this place more than just a townhouse BUT A HOME to us!

Although I was there only a few minutes after dark the buildings were nicely marked and seemed very quiet and clean

Moved in back in December of 2022 and lease is up January of 2023. My time here has been phenomenal; management were always respectful and polite, though they can be a little difficult to get a hold of. That is just because they tend to always have clients in the office; despite that, any and all requests were performed in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are simple and they are very quick to respond to a request. Weekly pest control is always available on a specific day of the week and very consistent. Trash service is consistent and they are very efficient and polite. Overall; I give this stay 5 stars!

Beware, they have low ratings for a reason. I was told lies about when the patio homes would be available and which ones. They told me one thing in person but when they received my application and application fees I was told something different. After this happening I still decided I was interested. Application, money order and paycheck stubs had been sent. This week they call and tell me they need verification from my employer that my salary would be same when I moved there from GA. My husband and I were working with HR to get this information even though we had already sent in paycheck stubs. Received an email yesterday stating that if they didn’t get the information by Friday at noon they would cancel my application. My HR sent an email to them but they said it wasn’t enough. So Friday
