Terrible decision to ever live here had my apartment flood from the sprinkler system outside in the wintertime flooded the bathroom and the bedroom flooded two downstairs neighbors apartment They gave us a place to sleep, but was not clean. Had bugs in the sheets was disgusting. Told them about the AC unit leaking 5 gallons of water everyday for a month Try to blame us It took the Ceiling caving in and the closet for them to come out and fix it A month later after multiple complaints Didn’t want to take care of the mold issue And was going to spray bleach, while my clothes were in the closet that was their solution to fixing it. Issues With maintenance stealing items from my apartment Also issues with handicap parking and harassment issues Never will I ever suggest anyone to live here

Horrible management. The only good thing about this complex is maintenance. Maintenance workers are very kind, professional, and prompt. HOWEVER, never met such rude, inconsiderate management in my life. Last manager was fired for stealing money from the company. The newest manager is a real piece of work. Our two dogs have been registered at the apartments and living at the greens for FIVE years, loved by maintenance staff and our neighbors, zero issues. One day, managment left a note on our door saying we had to get rid of one of our dogs or we would be evicted. They gave us a mere 6 HOURS to find a solution. We said, to hell with that. We aren't getting rid of our dog. So we moved into a house but had very little time to prepare for such a big move due to the threaten of being evicted b

I've been in my current unit since March of 2022 have begun to watch the complex begin a downward trend since 2023 but unfortunately did not fully grasp it until after resigning my most recent lease in February for another year. Overall, have lived here since 2018. If you want to live somewhere where the property manager is completely hands off, then this is your place! As previously stated, I resigned in February after not planning accordingly ahead of time to move elsewhere in my last semester of college. Upon resigning I requested a call from the property manager, Mia at the time, as during the winter my windows had such bad condensation they began to excessively mold. I would expect them to possibly be replaced after a 22% increase in monthly rent over the last two years with no impro

I’ve been a resident of The Greens at Owasso III/IV since 2020. Right away I noticed how spacious and open the property was in comparison to other apartments in the area. I loved the open fields and outdoor amenities. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning rent increases, and unfortunately you’ll see that no matter where you go. The Greens still remains to be one of the more affordable apartments in Owasso. My experience living here overall has been great. The staff is very friendly and answered any concerns or questions I had. The property is well maintained and I’ve never had any issues with neighbors. It’s a perfect place to stay for first time renters, individuals or small families.
