I would rate this lower if I could. -The area around the building smells like dog pee and there always dog poop. Good luck opening windows on the first/ground floors as the smell is really strong -Building is in poor shape, windows fall off the hinges, bricks missing in between window panes causing draft (in a neighbouring unit), this is especially fun in the winter -Poor HVAC systems that cause extremely high electrical bills. Between mine and a neighbouring unit, HVAC does not heat up past 64-65F during winter. My unit in particular was wired incorrectly so despite choosing “Heat” it was drawing from “EM Heat” which is anywhere between 3-6 times the cost of regular power. My electrical bills are astronomical. I have bills like I’m mining bitcoin and they try to gaslight me into thinking
