The Grande at Metropark

My review is based solely on my apartment viewing experience today, which was extremely disappointing. I had a scheduled appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived early at 11:53 AM. When I located the leasing office, I could clearly see staff inside engaged in conversation. I knocked on the window several times; initially lightly, assuming they simply couldn’t hear me, and then louder to make sure my presence was noticed. Despite this, no one acknowledged me or came to the door. At that point, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made it clear that my time was not valued, so I decided to leave rather than continue waiting outside while staff ignored me.
