I am submitting this review to provide a factual and documented account of the issues my family experienced while residing in this building. Although I do not typically write reviews, the events that occurred during our tenancy warrant a clear and accurate record for prospective residents. Upon moving in, we were beyond pleased with the appearance of the unit and the condition of the building. However, it became evident very quickly that the construction quality—specifically the lack of adequate sound insulation—was significantly below reasonable expectations for a new residential structure. We frequently heard noise from surrounding units, including footsteps and normal conversations, which demonstrated that sound transmission through the floors and walls is unusually high. I rarely write reviews, and I genuinely didn’t want to write a negative one. I don’t believe in slandering anyone’s reputation or speaking poorly of a place without reason. However, my experience living in this building was so distressing that I feel obligated to share the truth so others can make an informed decision. When my husband and I moved in, we were thrilled. The building was new, the apartment was beautiful, and the community seemed friendly. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into one of the most disappointing rental experiences we’ve ever had. Within a couple of months, we were accused of creating “noise all day and all night.” This was a gross exaggeration. Yes, we have two toddlers, but they are in bed from 7:30 pm to 7:00 am. Applied to live here, they made it seem like they were working with me, showed my income was well over the needed amount, they said I needed more. Asked for a cosigner with my credit, got one, wasn’t enough, needed more. Explained my situation living in a hotel with a child, showed no compassion. Been talking with someone for a month to be denied after the hotel says I can’t stay there anymore due to rules for 30 days max stay! Even got a program to pay first month and security deposit, and that wasn’t enough. The property management got what was needed and kept moving the goal post, the lady made it seem like she cared but I can tell that isn’t true after today. Avoid this complex by any means necessary.
