I recently tagged along with a friend to view the apartments and was struck by how calm and orderly everything felt. The corridors were noticeably quiet, and it was reassuring to see that pet and breed policies are clearly taken seriously. Cintia was polished, personable, and very attentive in tailoring the viewing to what my friend had in mind. If she decides to move forward, I wouldn’t be surprised if I found myself considering it later in the year too.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was lovely. I was one of first residents here (mid August) and have seen finishing touches unfolding. Beautiful job!In addition at the party I met with a neighbor couple who had ties to the Bronx and had unexpected surprises. It was wonderful. So in addition to nostalgia I am looking forward to the future in the Kinsley community!! Mary M

Visited a friend here today and was impressed by how clean the grounds were and how quiet the hallways felt. Credit to the management team for maintaining a well-run community. Looking forward to coming back to check out units when my lease end.

I live nearby and spent a little time in the building recently. The shared spaces were clean, the hallways stayed quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well cared for compared with other properties in the area.

The other residents are wonderful, the staff very helpful. Shoutout to the superintendent of the apartments who is beyond compare. One of the maintenance fellows also great!!
