Maintenance and management are AMAZING. Such friendly staff and on top of everything! Would definitely recommend, love living at the Grand.

Since the new management has taken over the hotel has been a lot better and the new staff are all very kind and helpful. I absolutely love how when you walk into the first floor it always smells amazing dude to the ice cream shop right next door. The architecture is also so beautiful I love how they’ve preserved buts and pieces of the old hotels structure while still having a modern touch to it. You are also in a great location where so much is in walking distance.

The units are filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. One of the standout features is the maintenance team, especially Moe, who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. He’s prompt, professional, and always ready to help with a friendly attitude. The location is ideal for anyone who loves being active or exploring. It’s close to a variety of outdoor activities, parks, and walking trails, while also being just steps away from restaurants, shops, and downtown events. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a true sense of community in a beautiful set

It’s a beautiful building, lots of natural lighting and being in downtown, there’s a lot of activities to do on my free time!

Such a cool building! So much character. The staff is amazing! Alison and her team are compassionate and you can tell they truly care about the tenants. Mauricio in maintenance is a stand up guy too. Highly recommended!
