I would like to share my excellent experience with the team at Graham Companies. The staff is extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Renting an office here has been one of the easiest and most seamless experiences I have had. From the initial inquiry to the final steps of the lease, everything was handled with efficiency, clarity, and a high level of professionalism. The team made the entire process simple and stress-free, always responding promptly and ensuring that all my questions were answered. It is truly a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and well-organized group. I highly recommend Graham Companies to anyone looking for a professional and smooth office rental experience.

start shopping your leasing consultants and property managers. your employees don’t stand up and greet your potential residents. teach them how to introduce themselves and offers refreshments. teach them how to build and rapport, customer service to know what they are selling. we toured two of your properties and the whole office staff is terrible. you own a lot of properties here, spend more money or training.

Do NOT lease here without reading every detail of your contract. Take pictures of everything in your apartment before moving in and out, because they will take advantage of your security deposit. They act like they care, but they don’t. This company is a monopoly that owns multiple residential properties, businesses, a golf course, and even the local newspaper “The Miami Lakes.” Their priority is building their fortune, not respecting tenants. I used to love Miami Lakes, but Graham Company has ruined it for me. My experience with them was a nightmare. I went three years with a broken laundry, and then the golf course went under construction and red dust was all over my patio. They were charging me extra for the, "view." What view? Construction? Save yourself the stress and look elsewher

Signing a lease agreement with this company has been an absolute nightmare. The apartments are nice, well-located, and well-finished, but the insulation is terrible—you can hear everything happening in neighboring apartments. However, the worst part is the property manager. They lure you into signing the lease with promises of an exceptional living experience, but once you’re locked in, they ignore you. They don’t fulfill their promises, lack professionalism, and act more like salespeople than managers. After signing, they forget about you and leave you to fend for yourself. If you want to live a nightmare, go live in one of these apartments.

Renters rates based on algorithm that spits out how much to increase, even if an incoming resident is paying less for the same "amenities" and space. No gym, hardly any pool as they are always closing it and no care. They call you non stop to renew but when you want to ask about a reduction, they are slow to act and tell you their hands are tied. But I thought they "cared".
