The Goat

Very nice experience overall here dealing with DeLane and doing the tour and getting into my apt etc. We had some issues with technology getting going, but we ended up getting in handled! My two dogs love it here! My only complaints are paid parking, no ice maker or garbage disposal 🤷‍♂️ this should be standard! Overall, it’s quiet and the people have been friendly!

My 2 daughters and I searched from north Lacey to Tumwater looking for the apartment that fit us the best. We found our home at The Goat. The apartment is upscale, bright and new with so many upgrades. The community is comforting being smaller as well as being surrounded by a beautiful rod iron fence. The landscaping is immaculate. Late night walks around the warmly lit property and clean wide sidewalks, make for a pleasant stroll with my dog. The face of The Goat is DeLane Sidoti. She welcomed us as if we belonged here and that we would matter. And we do. She is always busy working, but she has always had an open door policy and time to say hi. She keeps the clubhouse stocked with snacks and a friendly vibe is what greets you at the door. With so many pictures of "Goats" on the wall,

The Goat rules. It's pretty hard to beat the area that it's located in - a bit sleepy and quiet, which for me, is a great thing. Everyone I've bumped into has been really genuinely nice, and it's a pretty complex. But the team here really deserve a solid shout out. I have worked in customer relations in the past, and DeLane is about as good as it gets. She's the type that if other property managers took a tip from - the world would be better off. To add to the experience - we moved across the country here, sight unseen. In every possible way, we were looking to make that jump easier, and our leasing with the Goat took a ton of stress out of the equation because everyone here is easy to trust. When we showed up a few weeks later, everything was exactly as it should be. Gotta love it.

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Goat apartment complex, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere stood out. DeLane was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering a warm and professional tour experience. The apartments themselves are well- designed. I was especially impressed by the large windows and natural light. The amenities are top-notch and give a modern resort vibe. The location is also perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and my work. Overall, I had an excellent experience touring The Goat, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the market for a new place!

I lived here for 1 year in a 3 bedroom apartment, everyone is really nice and communicates really effectively. Maintinence issues are addressed right away and management cares a lot about tenants.
