The first person, Justin, that started the process with information and a tour was a very pleasant experience. When I decided to apply it was Shari that helped me numerous times getting through a process I had never done before. She always communicated with me and still does when questions come up. Edit: 3 months after moving out and still haven’t received my refund on my deposit that they supposedly mailed out. This place is a scam. Do not move here. Edit: After they removed the cleaning fee due to a "misunderstanding," I was told my security deposit would arrive "any day." I am still waiting 2.5 weeks later for my refund on my security deposit, so there was also a miscommunication on what any day meant. My lease ended over 6 weeks ago and I keep getting jerked around about my security deposit. One of the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I moved in and the place was disgusting. Instead of actually cleaning, they painted over hair, dust, and dirt on the floorboards and walls and the bathtub just had a layer of rough paint that shredded any sponges I tried to clean the tub with.

I have been living here for just over 5 years now and have had no issues. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had my key break inside the lock once and I had a new key and the broken part pulled out of the lock within 15 minutes. Keep up the great work!

The customer service is A1 Nicole and Shy were so helpful and very informative. Shy showed me the 1/1 and answered all my questions. I have this place as my top pick also the unit has plenty of storage. They also have a great special running this month. Would highly recommend plus the community seems very quiet and safe.

We had such wonderful people here before. But wonderful people tend to have to move on to better opportunities. I wish them well. Now a new team has taken over. There are many good things to say about the apartments without knowing how they will lead. There are no bugs in my apartment, or as few as can be (Florida), the construction is solid so that one hears very little of one's neighbors. Assigned parking makes for less hassle. The gym that we access through the property across the street is good for both cardio and mat work. The grounds are kept up and people keep after their dogs, with a few exceptions. It's quiet and convenient to shopping. I also have noticed that the bus stops are very close, schools within walking distance.
