The Gates at Rexburg Apartments

The Gates is an amazing apartment! Great management, they have been so kind and helpful with ALL my questions! They hold great events for us to attend and meet others outside of our wards, not to mention amazing roommates!! If you are wondering if it is worth it, it is!!

The Gates is a great place!! The management is so nice and friendly! They are always wanting to help when you need it! Would recommend living here! The apartments are nice and updated and they have great amenities. I enjoyed living here before I got married.

So far I’ve had a great experience with the gates when it comes to living space, amenities especially playing pool and ping pong in the clubhouse. Great hot tub, price is a little higher than I expected but great customer service and front office is energetic and welcoming. Shoutout to them!!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the new management. During the most recent cleaning checks, I passed both of my assigned areas, yet I was still charged. I was later informed that the manager instructed staff to charge the entire apartment regardless of who actually failed inspection — including those of us who passed. I called the office to address the charge and explained that I had passed my cleaning checks. Despite this, the manager didn't remove the charge. Thankfully, one of the other office workers did it. An email was sent stating that the collected fees would be used to bring in professional cleaners. However, no cleaners ever came. The Gates is an amazing complex! The management team is truly the best and always so helpful. There are great amenities available for residents, and the atmosphere is super fun and welcoming. It’s a great place to live!
