The Gardens on Timberlake

Excellent. Clean apartments, excellent pool, nice game room, movie room, dog Park, very pet friendly. Always fast to fix malfunctions

Overall, the gardens is a decent place to live if you can stand the management and overall maintenance of the grounds. The management is definitely not the best, and the head manager (Pam) can get rude and condescending if you ask too many questions. They also are VERY terrible with picking up phone calls, so it makes it extremely difficult to contact them when out of town. They also leave the office for lunch or meetings without posting anything saying when they'll be back or even why they left, leaving residents trying to manage their day around the management team. The grounds are mediocre and aren't kept up with compared to other apartments we have lived at. We are thankful for how our issue with the refrigerator was handled and wanted to share. We give God the glory first and foremost for pointing out the problem. We snapped a picture of the possible issue, emailed it to Pam, the manager. Pam responded immediately, opened a work ticket and By 3PM, on Friday afternoon, we had a new, out of the box, fridge. The maintenance personnel, was super nice, waiting patiently until we transferred all of the food into the new fridge. Thank you!

I've been living here since March 2018. It's a really nice and quiet community, for the most part, but there are some things that really need to be improved. Cons: The rent is increasingly high, too expensive. I understand inflation but when there aren't any incentives given to residents that yearly renew their leases, it becomes a question of "Do they really care about the residents? What should they do for the loyal residents?" There are NO incentives to renew a lease. There is a $25 military discount but with the rising prices that doesn't really help much (that's taken away with the new trash pickup). Some residents have over 4-5 years of no complaints and on-time rent payments so what should be done to retain them? This place may be one of the only places that accepts pets, which is

Love living here but, have noticed in the last few years that rules of leasing aren’t always enforced. Have also witnessed and am still witnessing drug dealings, license tags(2019) not enforced per lease agreements. Management has been made aware many times, with no resolve. Other than those issues, it’s been a great 6+ years here. Maintenance is awesome and I’m not planning on moving anytime soon. It’s no longer gated( gates have been malfunctioned the last 6 or so months) so it’s not as secure as it was when I moved in 2016. Cameras don’t work but otherwise, at age 76” I still feel somewhat safe. Rent was increased by almost $200.00 this year. Parking has always been an issue as well. The convenience to Timberlake is definitely a plus.
