The Gardens of Stafford

I lived here for about 3 years I am so pleased at my accommodations. Management is always ready to help my needs. The maintenance department is professional and curtis, and there is an elevator.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH GARDENS OF STAFFORD! I had a terrible experience with the manager of the elderly living apartments the Gardens of Stafford. I needed to move my elderly mother from another state to be close to us in Stafford so we could take care of her. We decided on the Gardens of Stafford and as we were going through the rental process, we quickly realized how Unorganized and Incompetent the management was. They required numerous documents for my elderly mother to include financial records, social security statements, bank records, mortgage statements, investment statements etc.… Normally it would not be a problem to obtain the records, however my elderly mother lives out of state, and she was not capable of retrieving the records herself. On waiting list for a two bedroom. Need end of Feb, been onlist almost a year. Am 58 handicapped yhats why I need two bedrooms one for hospital bed using now one for bedroom furniture hopefully get back into. Need stand up shower and safety rails. This place looks great very clean, well lit, office staff very friendly . I really hope I get it.

The website indicates that each unit has a balcony or a patio. I've been here since January 2018 & I keep looking & definitely don't have a balcony! I've run the website by friends & family & they all agree with my take on it.

If you can stand the snakes in the hall ways or in your apt. I guess it would e a nice place but then you have to deal with the resident manager shes has her nose in everyone's business She's miserable because she's so fat with a huge butt Be careful be careful about moving in I
