The Fremont Residences

Shout out to Joseph for helping my girlfriend and I get set up with everything paperwork wise and processed into our apartment. Very professional and helpful experiences here! Leasing office is clean, modern, and has a positive atmosphere. Maintenance guy helped us out within 24 hours of service request. Professional and helpful. They do a great job of keeping the hallways and floors clean. I enjoy living here.

The application and move in experience was very smooth. My leasing agent, Joseph, was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. He stayed in touch after I moved and always responded to follow up questions very quickly and thoroughly. I have lived here for a few weeks now and really like the community. The amenities are great and well maintained, and the community is very quite. And dog friendly!

I lived at Fremont for a little over a year before I needed to move for geographic/family reasons. When that happened, Page was extremely helpful in assisting with a coast-to-coast transfer to another Air community building. Even after I left, Page went above and beyond to clear up some financial confusion and showed up for me big time. She’s an absolute asset to the Fremont and made my experience pleasant and memorable. Truly all the staff were pleasant and helpful, from my first tour to my last day. Thank you all so much.

The maintenance at The Fremont is very knowledgeable and quick! You always see them out and about on the property working hard. I was having a normal wear and tear issue with my shower. Weylan addressed it quickly and professionally. I really appreciate it!

I lived here for a year and this experience was superior. Rent is a little above average but the Fremont offers a lot compared to other places around Denver with a similar price. The complex is clean and modern. I had no issues with customer service requests. I liked all the facilities at this place as well which were well kept (gym, pool etc). I did pay a little extra for indoor parking and having my own spot but it was worth it for me. The area around the complex is a decent area but there are sketchy parts of town 1-2 miles away. The garages are secure and so are the general building and your own apartment as well. They do charge a little extra to have mail delivered through a package vendor. Other than minor issues with that vendor I would consider coming here again if I look for a Den
