The Franklin at Hancock Village

The experience of living here is so good. The property organizes a variety of activities every month, which adults and children like very much. Including the maintenance staff, especially Anderson, a very patient man, who will help our house solve the trouble in time.

I have been a resident here for nearly a year. While I initially chose this apartment for its beautiful green surroundings, the chronic hot water issue has become untenable. The water temperature is consistently lukewarm—sufficient for watering plants, perhaps, but entirely inadequate for a shower. Despite multiple service calls, the issue remains unresolved. At a premium rate of $3,600 for a suburban one-bedroom, I expect functional basic utilities and a permanent solution to this problem.

The Franklin building is an amazing building. The apartments have finishings like condos with their finishings . Beautiful kitchen, built in closets , oversized windows , and a gorgeous gym, office spaces Conceriage & resident lounges. I’ve lived at 2 other buildings in Newton and Welleskey that can’t compare. It’s located in a great residential area . Walk to CVS, restaurants , tennis courts & playground . Close to Boston .
