In July'25, we moved into the Bartlett building at Hancock Village with our family. Among the many apartments we viewed, we chose Hancock for its location—a quiet, green area that is about a 35-minute drive to downtown Boston. The apartment was ready on time, and a few minor technical issues were addressed after we reported them (some required a gentle reminder 😉). The building is pet-friendly, and having a garage in the building is a big plus. Our experience during the leasing process was very positive; Mike Walsh, our primary contact, explained all the details, presented several options (including apartments and townhomes), stayed in touch and guided us through the entire process.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Hancock Village. Josh and his top notch assistant Carissa are truly exceptional to work with. They are attentive to every detail and make sure everything runs seamlessly from beginning to end. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care consistently go far above and beyond expectations. They have created truly memorable events for residents as well as the Baker Elementary School community. This is an excellent community—clean, safe, and well-managed. The staff at the management office are diligent and welcoming, and I would like to give a special thanks to my property consultant Michael for carefully and promptly addressing various issues for me. I am truly enjoying my life here.

Overall, we’ve had a great experience living at Hancock Village. The price is fair, our apartment was renovated and clean, and any maintenance requests have always been handled quickly. When we had an issue with our washer and dryer, they were replaced with new ones right away. Our kid also loved using the pool in the summer. Special thanks to Mike, our manager, who supported us through the whole move-in process and has been incredibly helpful throughout.
