Hancock Estates is well managed and maintained. David keep the building immaculate and Bryan is responsive to all maintenance issues. If he can't fix it, he reaches out to someone who can in a timely manner. The Concierge team are helpful as well, always prepared with a treat for our resident dogs. The building offers complimentary fitness with a qualified instructor 1 day a week, complimentiary Chair Yoga twice a week, and many complimentary sponsored events and activities throughout the year. We enjoyed an ice cream truck once a month all Spring and Summer and several food trucks as well. In the Fall we were invited to participate in a charcuterie class, a mixology class, 2 flower arranging events and a scarf making class. This is an absolutely amazing community to live in! Staff and management are so kind, responsive, and attentive to residents needs. They are constantly finding ways to improve and enhance the community be it from small things like new flavors of coffee to larger things like amping up the common indoor and outdoor spaces/gym. The facilities are excellent and each apartment is modern, updated, and spacious. We love Hancock Estates!

Mu husband and I were among the earliest residents of Hancock Estates. I have never been more delighted with a place. The apartments are beautiful. The kitchen is amazing. All the appliances are top notch...as are in ones in the laundry room. If there is ever a problem, our Manager, Brad, gets someone up there to deal with it immediately. The place is immaculate. Residents are nice. Smoke free environment, small dogs allowed, and there is an area to let them out into, etc. I can't think of one thing I would change there.

Five Stars is not enough to rate Hancock Estates. The property is beautiful. The apartments are gorgeous with the latest appliances and amenities. The facilities (movie room, exercise space, office space, meeting rooms, overnight accommodations for visitors, grills, personal vegetable gardens) are exceptional. However, the best part of Hancock Estates is the management. Brad Goldstein is so accommodating and helpful. The concierge staff are dear wonderful people....and management keeps the facilities cleaner than one could ever imagine. Brad works to create a community with parties, group art activities, and exercise/meditation/yoga programs. Thus, Hancock Estates is a remarkable place to live....and I thank everyone here for every last kindness to me.
