As a first-time home seller and buyer, the process can be a bit daunting, but they consistently kept me informed and on track with every necessary deadline. Their clear communication, patience, and attention to detail made a complicated process feel manageable and transparent. I can’t say enough good things about working with Fox. I’ve been working with them since 2018, first through their property management team while renting out my condo, and then this summer to sell it. Their property management team was wonderful - quick to find tenants, responsive, and professional. When it came time to sell, Jen did an amazing job navigating a very atypical market. She kept me informed every step of the way, actively anticipated challenges, and made the process as smooth as possible. The team at Fox performed brilliantly throughout the sales process. Jennifer and her staff were readily available to respond to any questions, and kept us updated regularly about what to expect along the way. From consulting on how to prepare our condo for listing, to providing multiple estimates for all work to be done, we can't recommend them highly enough.

Initially, Fox managed the rental of our house in Boulder and did an excellent job in ensuring that the house and property were kept in good shape, finding new tenants, dealing with tenants, and keeping us informed. When we decided to sell the house, we went with Fox as our seller's agent. Again, their care and attention to detail was great and very important to us since we do not live nearby. Their help throughout the selling process, including in finding and dealing with contractors to make needed improvements and in negotiating with the ultimate buyer, was timely and responsive to our needs. The only exception was that their initial advice for the asking price was too low.

Fox was consistently detailed, timely & helpful throughout the transaction process. As an overly-diligent first-time homebuyer, Melanie & Valerie effectively addressed all my excessively granular questions / concerns. Very happy I had them as part of my team!
