Christopher Village Apartments

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The apartment was reasonably upated (lvp floors, faucets, and bath fixtures). Everything worked plumbing, hvac, and appliance wise. Everything was clean when I moved in. I never had any issues with my neighbors, the apartment manager Rachel had obviously done a great job cultivating a healthy community environment. Rachel was very professional, effective, she responded quickly to questions and concerns. If not for personal reasons I'd still live here.

Love this place. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have zero complaints. Only Kudos! The property is always clean, the grounds are maintained and sharp. The resident community is tip top and full of professionals, families and studios grad students. There is on site garages for your vehicles and on site storage for your extra belongings that won’t fit in your apartment space. Speaking of apartments… they are fresh and modern with all the latest flooring, cabinets, appliances and trim. You can tell the management team cares about their property, and more so, their tenants. If you find yourself looking for a quiet and clean community to land in, then I suggest Christopher Village.

We have loved our newly renovated garden-level unit at Christopher Village Apartments. We have lived here for over 2.5 years. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, with so many cupboards and drawers. It's the biggest and most open-concept kitchen I have ever had - I love it so much! I literally spend all my time in the kitchen ... cooking, and standing at the counter to work on my laptop. I love looking out at the tree outside my patio and seeing the cute squirrels playing and chasing each other, hearing the birdsongs during the day and crickets at night. This is definitely one of the better apartment complexes I have lived in. The property manager and maintenance staff are very accessible and quick to respond. I have lived in two units in the 1035 building. The first had issues and was not very clean when we moved in, so I had to take time on the weekend to scrub the interior of the cabinets, clean out the debris in the fireplace, clean like an inch of dirt/soil on the patio. I didn't mention much of this to management, as I assumed "you get what you pay for" and the rent here is extremely affordable. There was a spider issue in the home, and I did have this addressed and there was an exterminator out very quickly! Me, my wife, my brother-in-law, and our pup lived here for a year and this review is for the 1015 building. We absolutely enjoyed our time at Christopher Village and if it weren't for life moving us away, we probably would have renewed our lease and stayed longer. The location was perfect for us. My wife went to school at CU Boulder and it was either a 15 minute drive or if she wanted to take the bus, the bus stop was literally outside the building's front door. The space was functional, with a lot of storage spots, especially in the kitchen. And having a little path/trail behind the 1025 building, and ample grass around the neighborhood, our pup was never lacking for places to roam.
