Boulder Creek Neighborhoods - Home Office

I closed on my gorgeous new Boulder Creek Home at the Knolls 2 weeks ago. I am very happy with the quality of the finished product! Everyone at Boulder Creek has been very professional and a pleasure to work with. They really care about the homes they build and that shows in all areas. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home!!

I recently moved from Minnesota to Colorado and into a Boulder Creek Neighborhood after working with various team members to prepare my new home for the past several months. The experience couldn't have been better. The people are truly amazing! They are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and their communication is both proactive and responsive...and, I found this to be true for all involved!! The quality of my home is great and I'm incredibly happy! Thank you for making this move to my new home such a joy!!

I love my new home in The Knolls at Big Dry Creek. I wish to thank the great staff of Boulder Creek Neighborhoods; Drew Kell, Kayla Hatcha, Susanne Sibley, and Tricia Gilbert. I was able to select the cabinets, countertops, flooring, and features which make moving into a new home a fun experience. The house is well built, and the project was run by two outstanding project managers: Pat Steeno and Nick DiGiallonardo. The project managers showed me the construction methods that are used to mitigate the expansive soil problems that we have in Colorado. Any questions I asked were answered with an explanation that made sense and put me at ease. I used Southern Lending and had an easy experience in setting up the home loan and closing. (Not about the home quality) I just wanted to give a positive review to Drew the sales agent (I believe this is his name). We didn't end up going through with a boulder creek home because we wanted a yard. But we have had the worst experience with the sales agent at the other neighborhood and wanted to tell y'all how awesome Drew was at boulder creek. He is very informative, great communication skills, responds promptly, knowledgeable about the property, and great customer service!

After building two homes in Ohio with the same trusted builder, we were concerned about having the same experience here in Colorado. We, luckily, happened upon Boulder Creek and have since built two homes with them. The sales team, design team, and warranty team have all proven to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have been happy with the construction of both of our homes. We highly recommend Boulder Creek!
