Moved in December 16th. The apartments are fine for the most part, excluding the fact that the apartment was clearly not move in ready like we were told since our dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet and our kitchen hot/cold water was switched. There was a few cosmetic damages as well. Put in both maintenance requests the day I moved in and they didn't get around to fixing it until almost a week later so 24hr maintenance is far from the truth. The real problem though, is management. Day of move in, the keys weren't made, mailbox or house. They made the house keys while we were waiting in office but neither key worked beside their master key. They told my husband and I that they would have the mailbox keys made within the day and dropped off. That didn't happen. I sent an email to th
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! From roaches, to rats, to mold in the ceiling that they just patch over & hide its NOT worth it. Not to mention there has been 4/5 managing company’s over the 3 years i’ve lived there that all are just worse then the one before. Don’t bother asking for pest control when the roaches get bad cause they’ll say they put you on the list & pest control just won’t show up. Don’t bother asking them to take care of the rats cause they’ll just tell you to go buy traps yourself and dispose of it yourself. & the MOLD? they’ll just bring in a dehumidifier into your unit for days on end and then patch the hole in the ceiling that shows all the mold. & TRASH? SHERRI will fine you for anything & everything meanwhile the trash compactor area is FILTHY & looks the same way every single da
This place is a scam in person. They just charged me $315 for 4 days in January, justifying it by saying I have to pay for trash and water... AND EVEN THEN IT DOESN'T ADD UP TO THAT ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY... I spent 3 months with an A/C that wasn't cooling and was using an extremely high amount of electricity trying to cool the place... They only fixed it because I practically had to threaten them that if my pets suffered heatstroke, they would be held responsible... and I hope they don't charge me for all the other problems they never fixed! Like, for example, the bathtub, which was already peeling and getting moldy since the second month, even though I cleaned it daily... Where to start….. We signed our first lease here in December of 2022, since moving here the apartment has practically fallen apart. The garbage disposal in our sink broke within weeks of moving here and even with it completely flooding our kitchen cabinets we had to contact the property multiple times asking them to fix it. Our hot water heater stopped working within weeks of living here as well and something in the power box was also not working knocking our power out, we were told we have 24 hour maintenance which is incorrect because no one answers the phones after hours, thankfully we were able to have someone we knew fix it or we would’ve been without power until the complex decided to come. Shout out to the leasing agent Melissa Torres who refused to help or even attempt to rectify the situation. I have a very common name but still that is no excuse for getting the wrong person in a background check even with my driver's license and social security number they still somehow managed to screw up! The denial letter I received was incredibly vague about why I was denied just simply saying an unsatisfying criminal or public record with zero details. After leaving multiple voicemails and emails with the complex I finally got a hold of somebody at the front desk and they weren't helpful at all, they just simply said read your letter. I had to spend days figuring out what I was being accused of which was a hit and run from 10/27/2019 in Miami only problem is I don't go to or live in
