I applied for an apartment through this contact and initially had a positive impression after the showing. However, after receiving approval, the communication took a sharp and unprofessional turn. When I didn’t immediately finalize the deposit within a few hours after next instructions, I began receiving multiple texts in a condescending and aggressive tone.. accusing me of “not doing business properly” and guilt-tripping me for taking time to respond or even full decide. I had paid my application fee ($50) and communicated respectfully, yet the response I received was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. This place was a NIGHTMARE for my roommate and me. We had a massive security and safety issue and management was super dismissive and extremely unhelpful with investigations. They were also unaccommodating for us moving to another unit. They will charge you $50 for any kind of maintenance to be done which is ridiculous. Do not live here.

First of all whoever answers the phone is extremely RUDE and has a nasty attitude. Inquired about a 2 bedroom apartment was told hold on and was hung up on. I immediately called back and was told yet again so rudely “YEAH, I SAID HOLD ON.” The women then proceeds to state that each person as an individual need to make 3x the rent meaning each person would have to make $8,000+ monthly and that they would not look at combined income which I’ve NEVER heard of. I then asked if both names are on the lease why wouldn’t they view combined income and was told that they can’t chase people down for money if someone ups and leaves and that a co-signer can be added in addition to TWO other individuals being on the lease that already make 3x the amount combined. I reached out through email and someone texted me without even giving me a name saying to call them and when I did, the woman was brusque and a bit rude (still didn't introduce herself and either didn't hear or ignored me when I asked for her name). That all would have been fine except they require each adult to make 3x the amount of rent. For a two bedroom, they want you and whoever you live with to be making $12,000 a month? Might as well just put a sign that says "Wealthy people only". No apartment is worth that much, especially for only a little over 1,000 square feet. Don't waste your time with this place.

The property manager and staff have been great to work with. We are relocating to this area and they have gone out of their way to make the transition easy. Thank you Antoinette and staff for being professional and flexible. We strongly recommend the flats for anyone looking for a well kept property run professionally.
