The Flats @ 915

I typically would not write a review unless I am fed up. This review is warranted! I gave 3 stars because I have lived in Miller Arms (The Flats) for 9, going on 10 years. Yes, 10 years! With that being said for about the last year I have been having more issues with maintenance within my home, than ever. Which is to be expected, wear and tear. What I have an issue with is when I have an emergency, after hrs OR on the days the office is closed (including the weekend) I do not get the help I need. Prime example, as I am writing this review, I have spent the last 30 mins taking a cup and scooping the water out of my toilet and into the tub because it was overflowing, for the 2nd night. Well of course this is an emergency, so I call the "emergency" number that was provided to me earlier this

Worst place I ever stayed at had mold in the ceiling and under the sink and they just spray painted over it don’t waste your money

Been living at The Flats for 3 years now and I've enjoyed my place. Maintenance does a great job and I'm glad we have a manager who cares about the tenants. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I love my apartment. I love the people that work here. Everyone is polite and nice. They keep the outside neat and clean. And they are very reliable. I enjoy my time at The Plats.

I paid $50 + $3 dollars for a service fee to fill out an application. I then receive a call stating you have to make 3X your rent per income. I am on disability and no where on any of their websites does it state this. I would never had applied. I was told that if I get on section 8 to contact them again. I think I should get a refund for their deception. They also stated a higher rent price that is advertised. I will definitely be filling a report with the FTC.
