The Falls at Landen

I love living at The Falls of Landen. I have lived here for over 6 months and had a few small maintenance requests. Every time they have been out within hours and fixed everything. The staff are all so nice and helpful. The property is kept clean, and maintained extremely well. I love having direct entry into my ranch unit with an attached garage. I could not ask for a better place to live!

The Falls at Landen is an amazing Community to live and call home. The park like feel of the community nestled in a quiet area of town with proximity to Kings Island Park has so many features and conveniences to the area. Moving from a home into an apartment community was a big change for me and my dog. The first meeting with my rental agent, Magdalena I quickly felt at home in downsizing to an luxury apartment. Magdalena was very professional and assisted me with all aspects of moving into my apartment. The walking paths along the pond and the outdoor areas to walk my dog at any time of the day is ideal for keeping myself and my pet healthy. The office staff is always available to answer questions. Selena has assisted me many times on answering questions and helping me whenever I

My wife and I love it here! We are moving into our first house, yet we don't want to leave this neighborhood. We have lived here for the past 2 years. It's a beautiful complex/apartment, friendly neighbors, and its in a great location. The people at the front office are extremely courteous, helpful, and prompt. They have made our lives so much easier. We are sad to go, but happy to leave a more than positive review behind.

Falls at Landen is a wonderful apartment community. I love the "villas"- one level, front door, lots of natural light. There are many amenities- pool, clubhouse, pub, basketball and tennis courts. Mgmt and maintenance have responded quickly to my issues. Friendly office staff.
