Alexander Pointe Apartments

Best thing about this place was the maintenance crew. I moved into an apartment that was dirty and smelly. Had to move in late because of the time it took to clean the apartment. I had to move out because of the terrible smell that would not go away. It flared my asthma. I asked to relocate to a different apartment and they said I could not unless I completed a one year lease. I then decided I needed to leave and was charged because I did not give 45 days notice to evacuate on a three month lease. They counted 37 days. I left the apartment in Better shape than I arrived. After leaving anything that was fabric needed to be cleaned or discarded. No exceptions made to any way to get my deposit back. Do better for your people PLK properties.

The apartment manager does not provide any help to the tenants. I live in this situation. The apartment does not meet the requirements. It has been closed for 3 years. When I apply, they keep deceiving us by not moving. I do not recommend the apartment. I give it a 0 rating. As a tenant, my children got a virus on their face and were hospitalized. I can't even believe this.

My tour went great! Brittany was very professional, organized made me comfortable being there. She was very informative on my questions regarding the property and its details. Going through a divorce she made the process very easy and comforting. I appreciated that!

Mike does a great job completing maintenance orders efficiently and timely. He knows these buildings very well. He is an asset to the Alexander Pointe Apartments. He also has a great sense of humor too which is a bonus! 💝😎

Overall, my family and I had a decent experience during our 4+ years at Alexander Pointe. However, the frequent turnover in site leadership significantly impacted our experience over time. We waited over a year for a ceiling leak in our master bedroom to be properly addressed. Additionally, we endured leaks in both our newborn’s bedroom and the master bathroom. Rather than fixing the root issues, the property manager instructed maintenance to simply paint over the wet spots—a temporary and inadequate solution. Upon moving out, we informed the property manager in a face-to-face conversation that we were purchasing our first home.
