ISLAND CLUB APARTMENTS

Island club regularly hosts resident appreciation events. The most recent event was a pottery painting night. They had lots of different pottery pieces available to choose from, as well as food and wine to have while you painted. It was so much fun to have an adults only event like this, that involved a hands on craft. I'm really appreciative to Management for hosting such a wonderful event. It's nice to have a home that gives back to it's residents and shows that it truly appreciates them.

Excellent Maintenance Service by Dave I would like to share my appreciation for Dave’s excellent work today. He helped resolve two maintenance issues in my home, including fixing the dishwasher and repairing the cabinet. He also replaced the microwave panel filter efficiently. Dave was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. I really appreciate his attention to detail and positive attitude. It’s great to have such a reliable and skilled maintenance person. Please recognize Dave for his outstanding service. Thank you.

Dave from maintenance recently fixed the tile in our bathroom and did a great job. The grout and sealing had been peeling and deteriorating, and he took the time to properly re-grout everything. He was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly cared about doing the job right. The bathroom looks so much better now. Dave is exactly the kind of maintenance person this complex needed, thank you!

Lived here for 4 years. Current Management has a lack of professionalism and operational competence. Maintenance requests are frequently delayed for weeks, and the cleanliness and condition of the community is poorly maintained.

⭐ 1/5 Our experience with Island Club has been extremely bad. They canceled our application just because of one letter. We explained politely that it wasn’t our fault and asked them to re-open the application. We never tried to fake anything, but they refused to forgive us and just closed the application without any explanation. Then came the security deposit. It has been three months, and despite repeated follow-ups, we still haven’t received it. First, they said it got lost and that it wasn’t their fault—like, what are we supposed to do? The one letter being wrong on our ID or employment documents wasn’t our fault either, but they acted like it was.
